LATAM.ca develops community platforms that move people from participation to belonging, and from belonging to opportunity.

The 2026 Workforce & Community Engagement Initiative brings together community celebration, youth development, entrepreneurship and cultural belonging into one coordinated pathway for participation and opportunity.

This proposal is designed as a social investment partnership aligned with thriving communities, inclusion and future-ready workforce outcomes.

A free, family-friendly Canada Day celebration in Saskatoon and Edmonton combining soccer, culture, music and inclusive community participation.

Community impact: accessible daytime programming focused on youth participation, families and volunteer engagement.

We invite BHP to support the 2026 Workforce & Community Engagement Initiative as a strategic social value partner.

Community Partner

$10,000 – $15,000

Recommended investment to support youth and family programming, workforce engagement activities, inclusive cultural participation, community activation and impact reporting.

  • Recognition as a strategic community partner across initiative communications.
  • Recognition across selected digital materials, event signage and partner acknowledgements.
  • BHP community engagement presence at selected activities.
  • Invitation to participate in workforce and business engagement spaces.
  • Employee volunteer opportunities in family/community programming.
